Few hunting experiences rival bear hunting. Technically being black bears, the majority of our bears are a beautiful chocolate, cinnamon, blonde color or a blend of all three. We average 6-foot or taller bears with nearly a 100% success rate. Bear hunts occur August through November with tactics including both the use of hounds and spot & stalk. Unlike many outfitted hunts your tag is guaranteed; there’s no need to acquire one through the state’s big game lottery draw or purchase an over-the-counter tag.
